Where are you?
Number 13 St. Cuthberts Street. In our beautiful Georgian building, now with green gates and a green front door! Please note we are upstairs only.
Do you sell vouchers?
No we don't. If you would like to treat somebody who already has an appointment, please message us by WhatsApp and we can arrange that, no problem.
Yes! We are obsessed with dermalogica and use a complete range of their professional formulas in out treatment rooms. We have a link to their site so you can purchase through us, directly on the dermalogica site. Click the 'Shop Dermalogica' tab at the top of the homepage.
We will tell you when they have special offers too! TIP - Sign up to their loyalty scheme to get free delivery!
Are you taking on new clients?
We cannot take on any new customers for evening or weekend appointments as we are full with existing clients.
We can accommodate some daytime appointments Mon-Fri. We are appointment only so can’t answer the door. Please contact us by WhatsApp.

What are your opening hours?
We don't have set opening hours. Both of us have a flexible working week so for that reason we don't state our opening hours. Please remember - we are appointment only.
How do I book?
We recommend sending us a message on WhatsApp as we are usually in treatments and won't be able to get to the phone. We will respond to all messages asap. We still use Fresha Salon Software so expect to receive appointment notifications from Fresha/The Wisteria Rooms.
How do you know when I've arrived?
We don't have a receptionist, but we do have a ring doorbell! We are situated solely on the 1st floor of our building. Please ring the doorbell marked Helen & Amy and we will be with you asap. Please note, if you are early it is very likely that we will be in a treatment with another client and unable to come to the door.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer dermalogica skin treatments, massage and waxing. Please take a look at our services page where you can see all that is on offer.
